Interim Show July 2009

Presentation of the "masterpieces" done so far, and the idea for the THESIS project. Limited space and also the yearly topic "IN TRANSIT" are the reason, why I presented my work on a TOPMANTA.

MISSONI in Madrid, MISSONI in the Prado-Museum, MISSONI and Art…

It is an experiment to play with the strong relationship of  MISSONI and the Art-world. I see it as a fusion of color and shape, which changes the message of the original paintings or drawings sometimes ironically, sometimes artistically.

ISTANBUL our first trip!

We went for 10 days to Istanbul, and attended the forum "City and Art" at the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University right at the Bosporus.  Next to the three days at conferences and with meeting artists and designers from all over the world, we worked on our own project.

MATCHMAKER

It all started with a CHAIR 

We all had to buy, ... and work with it. I decided to take it with me to Istanbul, and exchange it with something else, which I again will replace with something else. The whole process of looking for a partner, dealing and having the new object will be documented photografically. 

Like that, throughout all our travelling, I will create an exchange network of objects, ideas and people.
